INTRODUCING… THE NOBODY SERIES

I know this is going to sound insane, and I’m sure it is, but I’m still trying to get over a breakup that happened three years ago. And the last time I even laid eyes on him was one full year ago! 😫 It doesn’t matter how much I try not to think about him: he’s just there.

As I’m sure you can understand, I don’t really want to talk about it. To say he’s a sore subject would be an understatement. I’m just trying to give a little bit of backstory about why I created THE NOBODY SERIES over the weekend.

My thinking for the genesis of the collection went something along the lines of, well, if I can’t have him, I’ll just have to start building a great relationship with Nobody. I mean, nobody has been a big hit with me since him. So why not start celebrating Nobody, instead of wringing my hands over not having him?

There are nine cards in the gallery as I write this, but apparently I’ve hit upon quite the creative rabbit hole inside myself with this topic. So, you can expect I’ll be adding more Nobody designs in the coming weeks.

And if I can figure out how to add a comments section here, I would love to take a vote for which one you’d like to see on a postcard print this fall. Either way, I’ll bring the originals to the Mishawaka Market every Sunday in September if you want to check them out and vote in person.❤️‍🔥—Y.B.D.
